Bottoms never fully baked?? I have my oven set on top and bottom heat setting and the tray is on the second lowest rack. They are always sticking unless I freeze them

2nd attempt at macarons. All from the same batch but baked separately. Half of them came out perfect, half of them came out cracked and too dark. They taste great thoughpeppermint mocha.
