This Really is a Absolutely Beautiful - Very Fine Quality Antique Desk Top Thermometer. Large Size - Measures 14 1/2 Inches Tall. Made in France - Circa Late 19th Century. Note! that the Bottom is Dated 1877. It. It is done in a Classic Victorian Gothic Revival Style. The Fine Two Color Solid Bronze Castings are done in a Gold Gilt and Ancient Roman Bronze Patina. The Base is Honduras Mahogany. The Thermometer is done in 2 Different Woods - Mahogany and Possibly Satin Wood ?. It is in Excellent - All Original Cosmetic and Functional Condition - Displays Beautifully.
It Measures 14 1/2 Inches Tall. It is 6 1/2 Inches Long x 4 1/2 Inches Wide - Deep at Base.
